Real Estate Trading Exceeds QR 508 Million in One Week
According to the weekly real estate bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice – State of Qatar, the value of real estate sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department during the period from 27 September to 1 October 2026 reached QR 464,182,516.
The total value of sales contracts for residential units during the same period amounted to QR 44,086,614.
The weekly bulletin stated that the properties traded included vacant land, houses, residential buildings, commercial buildings, administrative buildings, commercial shops, and residential units.
Sales transactions were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Al Shamal, and Al Sheehaniya. The areas covered included Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Wukair, Al Kharayej, Legtaifiya, Al Gharrafa, and Al Sakhama.
